Yes! Initial personalisation is included in the price, check individual products for maximum character limits. In addition to this, all of our products are customisable down to the individual pocket colours, something we feel separates Hide & Haunch from the competition.

Made to order items – Production times on these can vary, however we aim to produce every order within 5-10 working days from date of order. Production times can fluctuate depending on current orders and personal affairs, we are a small workshop after all!  

Ready to ship – These items will be shipped within 1-3 working days from date of order.

We do currently limit orders on a daily basis in order to avoid unnecessary delays in production. 

We’ve placed a daily limit on how many orders can be made. As we are a small business, this helps us ensure we stay on top of our orders. 

The limit resets daily, so please try again tomorrow to place an order. 

We’ve created our products to be fully customisable as long as the options make sense. 

If you are unable to create or find the product you really desire, feel free to get in touch so we can help bring your product to life. 

Due to the nature of customised products we cannot accept returns or refunds. All sales of made to order products are final. If however, there are any production defects, such as a frayed thread or failed glue adhesion, we would be more then happy to replace the item with valid proof of defect.

Ready to ship items are eligible for returns and refunds, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s).

Through everyday use, your body’s natural oils should provide enough moisture to keep the leather in good condition. 

However, should the leather start to feel dry, we recommend purchasing a natural leather balm and applying a thin coat or as suggested. Always test the product on a small section to see if you’re happy with the results.
