DELIVERY
Made to order items – Production times on these can vary, however we aim to produce every order within 5-10 working days from date of order.
Ready to ship – These items will be shipped within 1-3 working days from date of order.
Our products are shipped in kraft gift boxes to help your item/s gets to you damage free. If ordering multiple items, we will ship them in the same box. If you require each item to be packaged individually, please place separate orders.
All of our work is shipped via the Royal Mail with their tracking service. You will receive a unique tracking number once delivery has been arranged.
UK — £4 flat rate (FREE on orders over £40)
Europe — £8 flat rate
International – £10 flat rate
Royal Mail Tracked, aims to deliver within the UK in 1-2 working days, to Europe in 3-5 working days and worldwide in 5-7 working days.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of customised products we cannot accept returns or refunds. All sales of made to order products are final. If however, there are any production defects, such as a frayed thread or failed glue adhesion, or the products has arrived damaged we would be more then happy to replace the item with valid proof of defect.
Returns on ready to ship items are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. If you wish to return an item, please send an email to sales@hideandhaunch.co.uk.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
